CARS Club gathered together this year to participate in Field Day at the Savannah/Hilton Head Airport recreation center. Club members started showing up at 11 am Saturday morning to get things rolling. Once Jack, NW4TF, our fearless leader laid out the gameplan, antennas started spouting all over the place. At one point, six stations were set up to include FT8 and CW. The outside field at the rec center was a minefield of guy wires and poles.
