The CARS club will be hosting a Ham test session on December 9th at 0900 hrs. This will be our last test session for this year. If you would like to take your first test or upgrade to a higher level, please come and take advantage. We will be at the White Bluff Presbyterian Church in their education building. Please email Bryan Strickland, N4GSP, @ Bryanhstrickland@gmail.com, and let me know you are coming. I will need your FCC FRN number. I will need this number even if you have tested with us before. Also, please arrive a few minutes early for registration so that we may start promptly at 0900 hrs.
Lowell Rieger, NY4D, will be hosting a HAM CRAM for the General Test at the church on December 2nd at 0900 hrs. He will cover technical theory concepts that we see as problematic for a lot of folks and try to assist with better understanding. We won’t be covering memorization of rules and safety regulations.
